Personal data you share through this website is processed by Korkmaz Hukuk ve Danışmanlık as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed and purpose

The name, e-mail address, telephone number and message you submit through the contact and meeting request forms are processed in order to assess your request, to get back to you and to carry out the legal service. No data is collected other than through these forms.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the grounds set out in article 5 of the Law: the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties other than the infrastructure provider hosting the site. Transfers to authorised public bodies may be made where required by law.

Retention

Form records are kept for the periods set out in the applicable legislation after the request is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the Law you have the right to request information about your personal data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can send your requests to the e-mail address given on this site.
