Consumer Law
Defective goods and services, the right of withdrawal and disputes arising from consumer loans.
Consumer law sets out the rights of a person buying goods or services against the seller or supplier. Defective products, goods that are never delivered, charges deducted without grounds and subscription agreements are frequent subjects.
Our office conducts applications to consumer arbitration committees and cases before the consumer courts, and also acts for sellers in their defence.
